Imperialism During WW1
Imperialism became very popular shortly before World War one and during the war. Imperialism caused many conflicts between the countries. Imperialism is the idea of stronger countries expanding their economic and political rule over much smaller, weaker countries. Mainly imperialism is a contest between Europe, Germany, Great Britain, France and the United States. These were the strongest nations in World War One. The countries felt the others were getting stronger and larger faster than one another so it became a race to be the strongest nation. Imperialism lead to the World War, it caused the other countries to not trust one another and to compete.
