ORSC, also known as The Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) is the state agency that helps people with disabilities get jobs. RSC assists people with all types of disabilities. Anyone can refer a person to RSC by telephone, in writing, or through a visit to the local office. Services can include career counseling, continuing education, specialized job training, job placement and follow-up to help you to be successful on the job. The main goal of RSC is to see people employed independently in the community. Most students with IEPs will be eligible for services.
