I. Divided into three groups: Promotional, Decorations, Video
II. Promotional Group
A. Got ideas together for posters
1. Main poster: "There is no place like Bloodmobile." (pic of ruby slippers)
2. Little posters:
a. "Find your inner lion, be courageous, donate blood" (pic of lion)
b. "Have a heart, save a life, donate blood" (pic of tinman)
c. "Have a brain…??? include facts for donating?
B. Announcements
1. Will start on Wednesday, October 28 (a week before sign-ups start)
2. Include: sign up during lunch mods w/ dates, date of BM(Nov 13), can be
16yrs, check eligibility at signups
C. Website Advertising
III. Decorations Group
A. Castle Doors
B. Witch feet under house
C. Yellow Brick Road
D. Cardboard Dorothy? ( Mr. Couch)
IV. Video Group
A. Will incorporate story of Wizard of Oz
V. Next Meeting: not until Thursday, October 22 @ 2:30 in F102
A. Promotional: bring drafts/ideas of little signs, make big signs/banners that day
B. Decorations
C. Video: Bring started scripts & come together at that meeting to create a final
script
VI. Visiting Classes (need to reach out to 10th graders too)
A. Gov, Econ & other social studies classes?
