Meeting Minutes:
I. The new Student Gov t-shirts were passed out to the members who ordered one
A. They turned out AWESOME!!! and be sure to wear yours on Friday in the parade!
II. Homecoming Parade (Friday, October 16)
A. 9 of the 10 elementary schools are attending, the 3 junior highs are attending, and many of MHS's sports and activities are marching!
B. Kickoff is at 5:30 from the South Parking lot, so even if you are not marching in the parade, come to watch!
C. All people involved need to be at the South lot at 4:30
D. If the weather does not cooperate, and Mr. Spiccia decides to cancel, you will
receive an email via the listserv (but, hope for good/decent/no snow! weather!!!)
III. United Way
A. Encourage your mod 3-4 class to donate!!! Pass the envelope around!
B. Collections at the door of the assembly
1. We got volunteers to stand at the doorways on the way in and out of the assembly
C. United Way Game (@ Homecoming Game) - Friday, October 16, 2009
1. Come to support the United Way Drive and to cheer on our Cards!!!
IV. Bloodmobile (Themed: Wizard of Oz)

V. Emails:
1. CHECK YOUR EMAILS!!! A lot of important information is sent to your email daily, so be sure that you are checking it to stay up to date!
