a. Inquire with Chick-fil-A: will they provide the wheel and coupons?
3. At the door collections
4. Chick-fil-A Cow costume
B. Penny Wars
1. Between freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior classes
2. Winning class gets a reward?
C. Classroom collections
1. Mods 3/4
2. If so, envelopes will need to be made and distributed to teachers
3. Will need people to count money each day (after school or free mods)
4. Getting this together is not priority right now, work on football game arrangements first!
III. Things to Find Out
A. Find out at which game we can collect United Way money (by Friday)
1. September 18: Ignatius game
2. October 16: Homecoming???
3. Contact Mr. Cassella (Kaitlin)
4. If we are going to be collecting at the Sept 18 game, post a sign on SG board and office to let committee members know
B. Contact United Way to make sure that a representative can be at the game to take the money
C. Contact Chick-Fil-A about getting coupons/the wheel/cow costume (Rebecca)
IV. Committee Members
A. Keep Friday, Sept 18 available, so that you can help out with collections at the game if this is the date we get
B. Check the Student Government board and Student Gov office windows next week to find out about the game date
C. Come to next meeting: Thursday, September 17 @ 2:35pm in F102
