United Way Committee meetings will be Thursdays at 2:35-3:00 in F102
FIRST MEETING

2:35 pm in F102 (Mr. Couch’s room)
At the General Meeting:
Co-chairs (especially United Way!): get some information on your event to provide to the members at the general meeting (a quick statement)
You want to get people interested in your event, in order to get them to join your committee.
Co-Chairs
Get ideas together for your event
Touch base with your charity contacts by the end of this week (if emailing doesn’t work, CALL)
Let them know of your ideas…
Bloodmobile:
wait until end of September to start the committee and mtgs (let the focus be on United Way first)
Officers:
Contact Andrew (co-chair) (Matt)
Contact last year’s co-chairs if this year’s co-chairs need ideas or input
Put out an announcement for Thursday’s United Way mtg (Matt)
Sonia: will put print outs of all meeting minutes in a folder in the SG office
