Science Olympiad: Still First in Ohio
|
|
Our Science Olympiad Teams took 2nd and 3rd this past weekend at Solon, but
we still beat all teams from Ohio! The big Mentor Invitaional is February
18, and this year there will be more than 50 teams attending including one
from Washington, D.C. All building events are open to the public, so
come out and support the team at Mentor. Good luck Science Olympiad!

Mr.Spiccia Speaks

Mr. Spiccia, principal of Mentor High School will present an update on the
School Improvement
Initiative at 7:00 PM on February 21 at Mentor Beach Park (North Room)..
All are welcome and encouraged to attend. One last presentation will be held
March 21 at Mentor HS(A Lecture).

Febuary 7:
On Saturday the girls basketball team played Admiral King. The JV team won 54-47. Then the Varsity team defeated Admiral King with a final score of 55-25, improving their record to 15-2. Scoring for the Cards was Meghan George-12, Katie Brown-11, Kellie Jokela-8, Laura Canteri-5, Pam Quigney-5, Kelly Wallenfelsz-5, Britany Sparent-5, and Bridget Montana-4.
