Ecology Club Canoeing Trip: May 28
Ecology Club is hosting a canoeing trip for all students May 28th. Come to the meeting on May 12th after school in C-25 or talk to Mr. Mclaughlin for more information.

Girls Track
Congratulations to the lady girls track team as they finished runner-up at the District meet this weekend. The following girls advanced to this week's regional meet:

Hannah Cope in the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles and high jump.
Hallie Cope inthe 100, long jump
Kissinger,Cope,Cerepak,Cope in the 4 x 100 relay.
Amada Batey in the 2 mile.
Lauren Keiter in the shot put and discuss.
Megan Crysler and Pembroke Strickland in the pole vault.

Baseball
Tuesday night we beat Walsh Jesuit 3-2.Firday we play Canton GelnOak at the Captains stadium in Eastlake at 5 PM. The winner of this game will face off Saturday at 2 PM. Then its the state semifinals at Fifth Thrid Field in Dayton on June 3 at 10 AM.

Fast Pitch
On Tuesday, the cards defeated Warrensville Heights 8-0. This guarantees a share of the LEL lake division's champioship with Euclid. Ashley Thomas allowed 3 hits and struck out 9 in the shutout. The cards scored 5 runs in the 7th inning to put the game totally out of reach.

2005-2006 Top 25 Auditions
Auditions are being held June 1st & 2nd, from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the High School. Applications will be available from Ms. Kunes or Mrs. Herschman beginning Monday, May 23rd.
Robert Michaels Benefit: June 11




Robert Michaels is the winner of the Juno award (Canada's Grammy). He will be in concert at the Mentor Fine Arts Center with speical guest Jess Marie on Saturday, June 11 at 7:00PM to benefit the MHS Law Club Scholarshop Fund and honor the retirement of Mentor High teacher Ron Rose.

Tickets are available at Mentor High Bookstore, Manhattan Deli, Arrowhead Music and Mama Robertas. $25 per person inlcudes dinner, concert and the reception immediately following.
