To Register online:

To register, prospective student-athletes from Mentor High School should access the registration materials by visiting the new clearinghouse Web site at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net.  From the home page, the prospect should click on "Prospective Student-Athletes," which will link the student-athlete to the necessary information.
We strongly suggest that prospective student-athletes who plan to participate in intercollegiate athletics at an NCAA Division I or II institution use this new online registration, rather than completing the paper form.
It is extremely important that prospective student-athletes read the guide carefully and understand the NCAA initial-elibility requirements.  A prospective student-athlete should work very closely with their unit counselor.  Ask your counselor to compare your academic record from ninth grade to present with the most current version of Mentor High School's list of NCAA-approved core courses.  This academic evaluation will reveal any potential deficiencies you may have in meeting the requirements.  To access the current version of Mentor High School's list you may visit www.ncaaclearinghouse.net  (remember to use the Mentor High School code of 363-375 to get to our list of approved courses).  If you have any questions see Mr. Litzinger in The Guidance Office, room A-19 or call him at 440-974-5350.
