Volleyball
Calling all "Cardinal Crazys!"The Mentor High Volleyball team has won their 20th District championship in a row, and now enters Regionals! Headed by the Hall of Fame coach Rich Woodman, the girls plan to take another victory this coming Wednesday at 7pm. Come support these girls as they play their way to states!
Girls Soccer
The girls had a fantastic regular season of 13-2-1, and have crushed the competition in their first two playoff games. They now play this Saturday, October 27, at 4 pm to become the District Champions! Come out and cheer on these awesome girls as they try and beat NDCL. GO CARDS!!
Boys Soccer
The boys have finally entered their playoffs with hopes of winning districts. They've already won their first game, and continue to dominate. District Championship is this Saturday at home at 7 pm, so come out and cheer the guys on!
Boys Golf
The Boys Golf Team had a great regular season this year winning the North Royalton Invitational and placing well in several others. Their headed by their number 1 golfer Mike Guarino as well as seniors, Brian Cline and Matt Curtis, and freshman, Cory Vinburg. They've qualified for states and are ready to win. Wish them luck as they compete this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 19-20, in the State Tournament. Go Cards!
Cardinal Football Possesion Prowess
The Mentor Cardinals scored early and often leading to a 66-35 thrashing of the Cleveland Heights Tigers. If you discount the last possession when Mentor was running out the clock, they ended the evening scoring on every possession except for one in the 1st quarter. The Cards end the regular season at 7-2 and await word on their opponent in the first round of the playoffs. Bart Tanski was 11 of 14 for 213 yards and 2 TD tosses. He also ran for 97 yards on 12 carries and had 2 TD's on the ground. Mike Pearce stepped in for an injured Tom Worden and was outstanding! Mike ran the ball 10 times for 110 yards and 4 TD's. Cory Zikesch caught 6 passes for 121 yards leading the Cardinal receivers. Join us next week as the Cards have a home playoff game on Saturday, November 3rd. Get ready for another exciting playoff run and GO CARDS!

Students that qualify for a free or reduced lunch will automatically qualify for free or reduced breakfast.
Free and Reduced Lunch Applications are available from the Unit Office, the Records Office, or the Main Office - one application per family.
