Science Olympiad
Science Olympiad Parents: There will be a meeting Sunday Sept 12 at 1:30 PM in B-203 for parents interested helping out with coaching or being part of the new parent support group.

The first Student Government meeting is Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 6:55 am in A-Lecture. CURRENT and NEW members are encouraged to attend! There will be donuts! All Student Government Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

Ecology Club
The first ecology club will be held on Thursday Sept. 9th and each Thursday following. We meet in room C-106 at 2:35 All are welcome, please be prompt. The meeting should last 30 to 45 minutes.

Hey Freshmen! Want a cool way to meet other freshmen, and learn the keys to success at MHS? Sign up to be a part of the peer mentoring program! Sessions happen at 4 Friday lunch mods starting September 17th. Sign up in the guidance offices TODAY! THE FRESHMEN PEER MENTORING PROGRAM The incoming freshmen PEER MENTORING PROGRAM is a 4 week transition program for new freshmen at Mentor High School. There will be 4 sessions taking place during the lunch modules once a week starting September 17th! Sophomore, Junior and Senior peer mentors will work in teams and will eat lunch with a group of 8-10 freshmen outside. Incoming freshmen will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about a variety of topics including: How to get involved, how to succeed academically and how to navigate the social scene at MHS. Freshmen will have the opportunity to meet students from all classes and bond with their new Class of 2014 classmates! This program will be directed by Mary Bridget Mathews, a school counseling intern from John Carroll University.
Mentor Highs New Red Lightning Photography Club Will have a new Members Meeting on Wed. Sept.15.2010 @ 2:30 pm -3:00 pm in B-212 Computer Lab . Anybody Can Join 9-12 if you love using a Camera , and Taking Pictures at Cardinal Football Games .
Drivers' Ed classes will be held after school beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 2:45 pm in B-Lecture. For more information, flyers are availabe in the MHS Bookstore.
Student All Sports Passes are available in the Athletic office for $25. These passes allow you into all HOME Mentor High Sporting events. Come out and support the Cardinals!

Student only presale tickets will be on sale beginning Tuesday for this Friday's football game at Strongsville. Tickets are $3.00. Let's cheer on the Cardinals as they take on the Mustangs.
