Your Senior Picture is due by October 4th!!!
Below are the guidelines you and your photography studio need to follow so that
your senior picture may be included in the senior section of the Cardinal Notes 2008
edition of the yearbook.

It is your responsibility to bring your photo(s) to Unit 12 by

Thursday, October 4th, 2007 at 3:00 P.M.

THIS DEADLINE IS FIRM AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

The yearbook staff will assume no responsibility for the failure of pictures being
turned in late by either you or the photography studio.

Guidelines:

- You must submit two (2) color copies of your 2" x 3" picture (no larger or
smaller) in an envelope to Unit 12 (unless your photography studio is submitting
your photo on a disc). Your name (as it should appear in the yearbook) should be
softly printed neatly on the back of both photos and on the envelope.

- If your photography studio is submitting your photo on a disc, the picture must be a
jpeg image and the disc must include a name index.

- Having head and shoulders only in your picture is recommended but not required.

- Head size is recommended to be 1-3/8" from the chin to the top of the head.
(Color pictures will not be reduced or enlarged on a color page, so if you submit a
head size different than this, it may stand out compared to others on the page)

- Plain, light background to ensure clarity is recommended.

- No double exposures.

- No "soft photos" (to prevent blurring in the yearbook).

- No photocopied pictures or scanned pictures.

- Any picture that is not deemed school appropriate will not appear in the yearbook.
Please be aware that pictures can include props such as pets, instruments, etc.

SENIOR PORTRAIT PAGES WILL BE POSTED IN THE STUDENT CENTER. STOP BY
AND MAKE SURE YOUR PICTURE AND YOUR NAME IS CORRECT. YOU MUST SEE
MRS. KANE OR MRS. WOLSKI FOR CHANGES NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 26TH!
