Attention Students!
This year we will again offer a Special Edition DVD of "Digital Memories" free wit the purchase of a yearbook. You will again be receiving information from Jostens Direct Solutions Program regarding the purchase of a yearbook. JDS will be taking your yearbook payment directly from home. We will again be offering the yearbook for approximately $70.00 through JDS. The Cardinal Notes staff will only be accepting orders through this program. We urge you to pre-order your copy through the JDS Program this fall, as there will be no "extra" books sold at the bookstore next spring. Please take the time to look over the yearbook purchase order when it arrives at your home in September. Yearbooks will again be distributed at our "Second Annual Yearbook Signing Party" on Thursday, May 31st from 7 p.m. - 9.p.m. Please mark the date on your calendar. Juniors returning as SENIORS in the FALL!!!
Senior pictures are due October 5th! This is the Final Deadline! No Exceptions will be made! Please plan accordingly. Below are guidelines regarding specifications of photos. 2 copies of a color 2" x 3" picture (no larger or smaller) must be submitted Your name (how you wish it to appear in the yearbook) must be softly penciled on the back of both photos Having Head and Shoulders only is recommended but not required. Plain, light background is recommended to ensure clarity. No double Exposures. No "soft" photos in order to prevent blurring of photo in the yearbook. No Photocopied Pictures. No Scanned Pictures. Any picture that is not deemed school appropriate will not appear in the yearbook. Please make sure that the photographer is going to be hand delivering your proofs to Mrs. Kane or Mrs. Wolski at the High School. (Some studios charge extra for this service). If they are, it is your responsibility to bring the two proofs to the unit office by Thursday, October 5th 2006! DO NOT MAIL YOUR PICTURES! The yearbook staff will assume no responsibility for the failure of pictures being turned in by either you or the photography studio after October 5th! |
