Jamin Shah updated the NHS site which can serve as a model (see www.mentorhigh.com/activities0910/nhs to see what he did). He would like any or all of following
information.
1. Name of the activity
2. Name/email of Officers and Staff advisors (email if you would like "mailto:" links from the names)
3. Meeting dates or typical meeting times and location (i.e. every Thursday afterschool in b-lecture)
4. A brief paragraph or two that describes the activity: its purpose, goals, objectives etc.
5. A mission statement if so desired
6. Important links to websites
7. Any documents or forms that would like to be uploaded to the site
8. Picture of the club (i.e. the club in action, officers, at an event etc.). We can have a web team photographer come down on a day a take photographs if so desired. Please contact Mr. Ramsey for details.
